Shipping and Returns

Delivery Information

Our aim is to ensure all customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. Orders placed online for UK delivery are usually delivered within 4 - 7 working days via Standard Delivery.

UK Shipping Fees

All orders are delivered by courier in the UK, with goods usually delivered 4 - 7 working days after your order has been placed. Delivery prices are as follows :


UK (Mainland) STANDARD

  • £4.50 for smaller items such as gloves.

  • £7.95 For orders that include cricket bats, pads and kit bags.

  • Free delivery for purchases over £200

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please contact us by email (info@nighthawksport.co.uk) or fill out the contact form on our Contact page.

The item needs to be returned within 14 days of purchase, in an unused condition and in original packaging. Once the item is received and assessed, we will then issue a refund or offer an exchange. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return postage.

Your right to return goods is protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at: www.hmso.gov.uk

Please include your order number or proof of purchase, as well as relevant contact details with the returned items.

Damaged Returns

If your Nighthawk item such as pads, gloves or bag is damaged during use, then please contact us immediately. Please note we have a fair 'Wear and Tear' policy and heavy use of the product will lead to an item ageing faster. You may be required to return the damaged item(s) to us. 

 

Once the item(s) arrive, and have been assessed, we will proceed in either replacing, repairing or refunding the item if deemed necessary. This will be at the discretion of Nighthawk Sport.


In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is the incorrect size, damaged or damaged in transit, please get in touch so we can resolve the issue.
